Gooer Remote Desktop Service IPhone Client FAQ

1. The following versions of Windows are supported:
Windows 2000 Server
Windows 2003 Server
Windows XP Professional
Windows Vista(Business, Enterprise, Ultimate) Edition
Windows 2008 Server
Windows 7(Professional, Enterprise, Ultimate) Edition
2. GooerRDP is based on Microsoft RDP protocol, Windows XP home version is not supported.
- How to deliver Windows application on iPhone(run Windows application on iPhone)?
GooerRDP 2.0 provided Windows Application Delivery feature. It enable you to run any Windows application on your iPhone. Follow below steps to run it:
1. Visit http://www.gooer.com/register.jsp and create an account. The email is case sensitive.
2. Download Gooer Host Software and install it on the PCs that your Windows application run on.
3. Install GooerRDP from AppStore/Installer/Cydia on your iPhone/iPod
4. Start GooerRDP program and configure remote application
(1) Click "Ext Setting" button
(2) Configure "Windows Auto Login", add one Windows username and password pair, select it, mark it at "Active".
(3) Configure "RemoteApp", add one remote application name and pathname, select it, mark it at "Active".
For example, if you want to run IE on iPhone, then you can input following App Name and pathname:
App Name: IE
App Pathname: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe
5. Connect to your remote PC and run the application you configured on your iPhone/iPod. Contact support@gooer.com if you need help. Below are 2 examples that run Windows calculator and IE on iPhone. If you want to support multiple users on one host PC, you need use Windows 2003 for your host PC.
